The Company was entitled as State-Level Skills Master Base, which was notified in Notification on List of Granting Five Construction Units as State-Level Skills Master Bases by of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province. The base shall make play important part in fostering skills talents, developing new technique and promoting the same to further improving the Company’s strength.
State-Level Skills Master Base is for fostering skills talents as to motivate the development of high technical and skills team. The State-Level Skills Master Base has been entitled since 2013 in accordance with Program on State-Middle and Long-Term Talents Development practiced by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China. Only the enterprises with high-tech contents and large leading enterprises in its trade may be selected as such bases.
As the State-Level Skills Master Base, the Company shall further pick up the development and construction of hi-tech and skills talents to provide more talents and stronger technical support in the company’s development.
