July 26^th afternoon,the commencement ceremony of induction training for new employees in 2019 was held in Shandong Business College. President Mr.liu fashu,vice president Mr.liu yunlei,chief accounting Mr.li yizhi,vice president Mr.ju wenli,Relevant personnel and 206 new employees attended the Ceremony.

The President Mr.liu fashu made an important speech and warmly welcomed the new employees.He also made several requirements.first,change the role of life to meet the needs of work;second,Base on Post Practice to Improve Self-Ability;third,to adapt to the test of the environment and temper the will;forth,Focus on the grass-roots level and build a solid foundation.fifth,be brave, responsible and dedicated to the company.Finally, he emphasized that youth is beautiful and we have prepared a broad stage to realize your value of life.

After the ceremony, they watched the self-compiled and self-performance literary and artistic festival and took a group photo as a souvenir.
