During FEB 4th to 7th, 2015, Mr. Li Yizhi ,Chief Accountant of SEPCO2 took part in the financing agreement ceremony which was among MCL project owners and China Bank, ICBC, Barclays Bank and African Development Bank in London, the Chinese and foreign bank lawyers and owner financing consultant attended the signing ceremony, meanwhile,the financing agreement was signed which provided a favorable fund guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
