At 6:36 of May 29^th, EPC general contracting by POWERCHINA-NE , the Pakistan shahiwal 2 * 660 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Unit 2 successfully for the first time. The unit 2 operated steadily and entered the stage of carrying load test operation.

Pakistan shahiwal 2 * 660 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant is a Key project of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor. The project is great significance to maintaining china-pakistan friendship, promoting cooperation between the two countries and implementing the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
